Hiring Process

Become a Part of the Autorider BM Family: A Guide to the Hiring Process

  1. Job posting: Autorider BM will post job openings on various online job boards, as well as on the company's website and social media pages. Candidates can apply for the positions by filling out the online application form and submitting their resumes and cover letters.

  2. Initial review: The HR team at Autorider BM will review all applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the position. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be considered further in the process.

  3. Request for supporting documents: Candidates who pass the initial review will receive an email requesting that they submit additional supporting documents, including a passport cover page photo, qualifications, CV, personal statement, and COVID-19 vaccination card.

  4. Pre-screening interview: Once the supporting documents have been received, the HR team will review them and may invite the candidate to participate in a pre-screening interview, which can be conducted via phone or video conference. During this interview, the HR representative will ask questions to determine the candidate's suitability for the role and fit with the company culture.

  5. Technical skills assessment: Depending on the position, candidates may be required to complete a technical skills assessment to demonstrate their proficiency in the skills and technologies required for the job.

  6. In-person or video interview: Candidates who pass the pre-screening interview and technical skills assessment will be invited to participate in an in-person or video interview with members of the hiring team. This interview will typically include both technical and behavioral questions to assess the candidate's fit for the role.

  7. Reference check: Before making a final hiring decision, Autorider BM will conduct reference checks to gather additional information about the candidate's work history, skills, and abilities.

  8. Offer: If the candidate is selected for the position, Autorider BM will extend a job offer, which may include details such as salary, benefits, and start date. The candidate will have the opportunity to review and accept the offer.

  9. Onboarding: Once the candidate accepts the job offer, Autorider BM will begin the onboarding process, which may include training, orientation, and paperwork. The new hire will be introduced to their team and begin working at Autorider BM.
